Hi and welcome , I’m Robyn Agnew, owner and operator of At Random Photography.
I’m a self taught Photographer, lover of Australian Flora and Fauna.
I’m a wife, mother to four and a country girl at heart.
My photography journey began with images of my own children, kinder events and school sports.
In 2012 I established my business and was predominantly a portrait photographer and also a photographer for the local newspaper the “Hamilton Spectator “, during this time.
My image “Best Mates” from the Casterton Kelpie Muster was commended for Best General Interest Photography at the 2016 Rural Press Club of Victoria Journalism and Photography Awards.
Business was thriving.
Fast forward to 2020, covid, remote learning and a PE session that resulted in both student {son Kane} and mum { myself} falling from their bikes.
Thank goodness my son was ok however I was not.
One severely broken elbow and my business enterprise came to a very abrupt halt.
I was admitted to hospital, after 2 surgeries, 8 months of rehabilitation and with my elbow now pinned together I had to explore the options that would allow me to work to my capacity.
I ventured out with my trusty Canon camera “Merlin”, yes he’s like a close friend.
We wandered along creeks, rivers, over mountains and through the Australian bush and my love for Australian wildlife, fauna and flora flourished.
Most of my images are captured locally in Hamilton Victoria and the surrounding districts.
I regularly walk along the Grangeburn track where our sweet little koala lives, my kookaburra and ducks are residents of our beautiful Botanical Gardens and my Proteas and Waratahs are grown by locals who allow me to venture into their yards.
The Grampians less than an hour way offers a plentiful range like my Banksia and there is so much more to discover.
I use my images to create a stunning collection of prints and cards for you home, office, family and friends.

I’m a Business woman, maker, creator and production manager, from start to finish. From the first shot to the postage drop, I’m there every step of the way.
At Random Photography produces fine art prints, gifts and cards of Australian Flora and Fauna.
I’m located in Hamilton, South West Victoria at the foothills of the magnificent Grampians.
